Periodic forced task-switch in Win7 on a Macbook

DXDiag reports DirectX 11; tool version number is 6.01.7601.17514. The graphics adapter is a Radeon HD 6490M. Driver is v8.812. Yeah, that's old, but I've been nervous about installing AMD... full answer >
