Although I work in a small team there isn't a huge emphasis from the company put on the UX process, so we usually do it individually and ask for feedback from the director periodically.

Not personally. If I worked with a dedicated designer I might, but right now we have another developer who does design work or I do my own design. Until there is good round trip support for FC to FB... full answer >
