Does anyone know of free software for creating gestures or special touch zones on my Toshiba's touchpad?

My Toshiba NB205 doesn't have any native ability to create gestures or special zones on the touchpad.

Ideally, I'd like me upper left corner to maximize whatever is open, my lower left to minimize it, my upper right to hit ALT+F4, and my lower right to hit CTRL+W . I had that mapped on my previous laptop, but this laptop doesn't have that capability, apporently.

Check out the iGesture framework. It might not be as intuitive as you are expecting, but it is free and it does gesture recognition. Also, there are programs like the Opera browser that implement gesture recognition.

Speaking of gesture recognition, check out this video showing off facial gesture recognition in Opera:
