A lot of great points in this videos. I especially liked the graph and definitions/explanations of some of the UI terms.

This is a great introduction to the myriad factors to keep in mind as you design for interaction. I learn by hearing and seeing so I really value having expert best practices professionally presented. Thanks Bill and Theresa.

who knew! I love how the whole idea of interesting moments is used to deconstruct the process of drag & drop and illustrate just how nuanced seemingly simple interactions are. This is really really informative. Thanks Bill and Theresa.

The concept of interesting moments is extremely helpful and illuminating; the practice of mapping them on an events/actors grid is straight up awesome, to the extent that I wish I had something to design right now so I could use it. Very informative and well presented.

I have their book and it's very helpful. Scott/Neil present a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and well organized approach to web UI. I enjoyed getting to see a bit of in-depth presentation.

Wonderful idea to deconstruct ordinary interactions to minute detail and thereby improve them. Made me think about interactions I take for granted every day. Good video!

Nice video. Responding back to the user's interactions is incredibly easy for programmers to forget, since they can see the action in the background. Having a way to quickly teach this would be great.

I took this course and learned sooo much from it! I especially liked the section analyzing over 100 of the best rich internet applications and sites. I was taking notes the entire time and walked away with some great information, not to mention some web sites that I check almost every day now. Bill and Theresa are great presenters and I highly recommend this course. It contains some of the best web design information I've ever come by.

Not sure if this is something peculiar with my setup (Windows 7 and Firefox 3.6.8), but the captions are not displaying when I turn on captions.

Can you add the transcript of the video? While I know many people love to watch videos online, I don't have the 100's of hours in a day to watch video. Like scanning a web page for key information, it's much easier for me to scan the transcript.
