PercentComplete changes from 100% to 0% for the first Task when convert from XML to MPP

Hi,

I'm having a bit of a problem with my project. Whenever I convert my XML file to MPP, the first Task keep changes its PercentComplete to zero in microsoft project. I can view the project in the XML file before converting and I can see that the percentComplete is at 100%(the value that I assigned earlier). My guess is because the task is the first activity and it doesn't have a predecessor but I don't know how to solve it.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem??
