Help
I recently bought the second edition (didn't even realise it was an out-of-date edition) of Jonathan Gennick's SQL Pocket Guide. I have tried to find the sample data to use alongside the queries, but there is no trace of it on the O'Reilly website (or on the author's own website). Does anybody know where I can find it please?
