Can you use Google Web Server (GWS) in your projects?

Can you use Google Web Server (GWS) in your projects? Is it Open Source? And if not how can it be the 3rd Web Server on the web?

You can't since it's not open source. Google develop the server for their own use. The reason why it's 3rd web sever on the web is because of user-generated content such as Blogger, Orkut, Buzz and such.
