I have develop one application, behaves like ebooks app of apple. Apple rejects my application with reason that instead of creating new application use ebook app of apple for this. I want modify my application in near future and implement some new features. What I need to do to submit it on iTunes and apple approves it.
Look forward for positive response.

You created an eBook reader type application and submitted it to Apple. Apple rejected it stating that it functions like iBooks (their app) and that people should use iBooks? There isn't really anything you can do if you are creating an application that duplicates functions of an existing iPad/iPhone feature; Apple is very clear and upfront about this.
You also state you are going to make changes/additions. Before you do that I would step back and ask yourself will the resulting product be similar to iBooks. The more similar it is the more likely it will be rejected again. Others can chime in here but without knowing the specifics that's the best I can give.
