Help
Thank you for sending me a desk copy of Outlook 2010 Step by Step. It is now on the schedule as the text for my fall Outlook class at Ivy Tech Bloomington.
I have two questions:
1. How can I access instructor materials for the text?
2. How can students (and I) access the practice files needed for the text? The book says (page xxi)the files can be acquired from microsoft.com/fwlink/?Linkld=192151 but they are not available from that url.

Thanks for your question, and I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. 1.) We do not have any supplemental instructor materials for Microsoft Press books. Microsoft Press's Faculty Resource Center has some curriculum resources, but I'm not finding any Outlook 2010 resources on their site. 2.) I'm sorry that the link to the practice files was broken.
