Help
Hi All,
Can someone please explain to me what the difference between the 'Windows Desktop Support Technician' course and the 'Configuring Microsoft Windows 7' course is? I see there are both to choose from and it looks as though the 'Configuring Microsoft Windows 7' course counts towards more Pre Requisites for other accreditations.
I just want to know what the difference between the two are. I want to eventually achieve my MCITP credit but I also want to mix things up with a little more on the networking side of IT as well. Would I need to do both these courses for my MCITP?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, regards
