Help
Sorry but I am a bit of a novice here. I have a website www.bilingualchat.com and I am having some difficulty with the designer who says that it is a web 2.0 design. I don't believe that it is robust enough to be so as the design and font work is all over the place.
Can someone have a quick look at the site and tell me if it is or it isn't and if not why please? I would really appreciate it if you could help me.

I hate to be a pain, but if you don't know what Web 2.0 is, why in the world would you even ask for that type of work in the first place?
You should have gotten yourself some friend or colleague advisor to give you a hand so that someone doesn't try to sell you something which isn't web 2.0 compliant. When I googled "What is web 2.0" I got this info:
