Using iOS 5.0, iBooks 1.3.2.
I can add PDFs to iTunes Books Library and sync them up with my iPad but when I delete PDFs within iBooks, I don't want to see the PDFs stored in iTunes iBooks. Is this possible?

True PDF sync in iBooks1 Reply
You have the eBook in iTunes and then sync it to iBooks. Then you delete the book in iBooks and you don't want to see it in iTunes.
To do this you must: a) Delete the book in iBooks  Delete the book from you library in iTunes (right click on it)It's the same thing you would have to do with Apps.
