MS Visual C# .net step by step 2003 CD files?

Hi,
My first post here :)

I bought this ebook (Microsoft visual C# .net step by step 2003 version) long ago: http://shop.oreilly....780735619098.do

I have somehow lost the CD and Sample files for that book. Thought I'd ask in the community if someone could help me with that?

I can see the files are free to download for this book: http://shop.oreilly....780735621299.do but I couldn't fine that "Download Example Code" link for the 2003 version.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I'll check with our book support group (mspbooksupport@oreilly.com) to see if they can track down a copy of those files for your. I'll let you know what I find out.
