does Oreilly provide access to all books contents / being able to download particular chapters of the books / entire books for a monthly fee?

Safari is a subscription libary co-founded by O'Reilly and Pearson that now has thousands of books and videos from O'Reilly, Pearson, Peachpit, Microsoft Press, and other publishers.
