I have purchased the above book and in the back it tells me: How to dowmload your eBook
It tell you to go to a web site hyyp://go.microsoft.com/FWLink/?Linkid=224345
then create a free account and enter the access code VLDBDHL
I cannot get to the website by entering the above to access the free account page.
Please can you help
