dreamweaver 8 missing manual missmatch

in dreamweaver 8 missing manual first edition (2005) page754 item 12 in the tutorial on displaying database information there is a large difference between the book and my dreamweaver 8 portable software.

In the book it tells me to click the + sign next to "variables". On the computer screen the + sign is next to "parameters"

When i finally open the window instead of three inputs i have four. I need to enter into dialogue to figure out what to input so that the tutorial can continue.
