Unable to download the purchased ebooks.

Hi,
I just purchased an ebook for the first time. When I am trying to download IE8 is throwing an error message "Browser cannot display the webpage". I cannot trace the traffic using fiddler as the connection is https. Could you please let me if there is another way to get the purchased items.

Hi Shiva,

Thanks for writing us about this, and I'm sorry to hear that the download isn't working for you. Are you getting the error when you try to visit Your Products page or from the actual download link (like to download an epub or PDF file)? We haven't heard of this specific error before. You might try using a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox, to see if that will work for you.

I'll email you the direct download links, and I hope those will work for you.

Hi Rachel,
Thanks a lot for your reply. I was not able to download any of the files. I found the problem. You are storing the files in amazon cloud and redirecting to amazon cloud when i try to download. Amazon cloud is blocked in my organization. I was able to download it from home. I wish you store the content in your servers.
