i would like to add "help info" - hover popovers for all the buttons.
with a configuration page, the user can choose to open or close the "help info".
how can i do to realize the function?

how to realize a "switch" on the website to turn on/off the help info?
i'm new to ror, developing a website. i don't know how to realize a function and come to seek for help.
