Hi dude,
You can fix your virus complaints by installing any of the following anti-viruses. I have installed Bitdefender in my computer and its doing well. The top ten anti-viruses according to toptenreviews.com are:

Bitdefender Antivirus Plus
Kaspersky Anti-Virus
Panda Antivirus Pro
F-Secure Anti-Virus
AVG Anti-Virus
Avast! Pro Antivirus
G Data AntiVirus
BullGuard Antivirus
Avira AntiVir Premium
ESET NOD32 Antivirus

And if you're on Mac, check out ClamXav. I've used it for years and highly recommend it.

What could be reason behind the repetetive virus attacks? Might be you are using unsafe downloads from the internet? Install any of the suggested anti-virus and update it so that viruses (new) can stay away from your system.

Formatting your PC's installation drive is not solution to remove virus. Because virus infects all the computer drives and you will need to format complete hard drive which is very risky and you have to bear data loss if you have no backup. There are several types of infections including spyware, malware, hijacker like Search.genieo.com etc. read more http://www.removespy...arch-genieo-com
You must have excellent protection from all such threats on your system. In order to protect your PC from any kind of infection, it is recommended to have antispyware software.

I will suggest you to use ESET Smart Security 5 as it have all necessary security components and it consumes less system resources compared to other popular names. Kaspersky is also a good choice.

You can also visit http://www.techyv.co...sing-anti-virus for more reviews and information.

I hope it would be of some help.
