Is It possible to create multiple profiles for apple Mail As It's possible to do on outlook?

Yes and no. At work, where I use Outlook, I have two different profiles so I can login with another (process) account and use it to send mails and do whatever. I know, I know you can setup proxy rights to do that but it's just simpler this way on my end. So when I want to switch I shut down Outlook and choose a profile when I start it up.

With regards to Apple's Mail, you can setup any number of accounts in preferences. I have about 5 mail accounts that I manage and I do it from one session in Mail. Go to preferences and add a new account.

You question is kind of vague because when you say "Mail" you know you are talking about eMail. When you say "Outlook" you could be talking about Calendering as well.
