Help
I have downloaded the practice files for Microsoft Office Professional 2010 Step by Step. Do I need the WinZip program to open them? The practice files don't seem to be opening so that I can use or even look at them.

you can open it with adobe acrobat software, or you can open it with ms office software like as word, owe to file style is diffirent, you can choose what you want.
