problem on windows 7 start up

sir i have installed windws 7 (genuine) ultimate,some time before my window got black screen with not genuine error in it,then i installed a executable file named windowsloader.exe,after that i think i got in to trouble..my windows is facing problem during startup,it got stuck everytyme i boot my system.and i can't even RE INSTALL windows set up again to remove it.....plzzz plzzzzz do help me sir
