1) I can´t find the link with the book´s sample files indicated in ERRATA: " To access the companion content files, type http://go.microsoft..../?Linkid=207235 into your browser, then click on the Companion Content link on the left sde of the browser window (just below the cover thumbnail"
2) No voucher is bound to the back of the book!
