To whom it may concern,

After purchasing and registering the print book untitled PHP & MySQL: The Missing Manual, 2nd Edition, I've been expected to get the ebook upgrade from my product choices, like most of them, but doesn't.

According my searches for your Website, it's possible to buy the print and ebook version for it and I was wandering why I cannot simply download the electronic upgrade apart?

Thanks for writing us about this, and sorry for the inconvenience. The upgrade option isn't showing up for some reason, but you're right, it should be available. We'll get this fixed, and in the meantime, use this link to get the ebook upgrade.
