PHP Hacks is not working on my iPhone or iPad

I have purchased a copy of Php Hacks as an app. The app downloads just fine but you cannot scroll through pages. Only the top portion of a page is visible. You can flip through only the top portion of the pages but the content is useless.

Any solutions to this answer>
