Calibre is a totally free program for running on Windows, Mac and Linux. It is first of all an ebook manager but it is also one of the best ebook conversion tools going around.
Step-1: Load your files
Launch Calibre and click "Add books". In the pop-up window, you are allowed to browse and import your ePub file.

Step-2: Add metadata
Select a file in Calibre and then click "Edit meta information". Here you can choose Title, Author, Publisher, Series.


Step-3: Start conversion
Click Convert E-books, you need to click the drop-down arrow and choose the output format as "AZW3".
