You first log onto the web. The you go to a website called www.youtubetomp3.com. You go on YouTube, type in the name of the song you want to download, highlight the URL, copy it, paste it in the icon, download it. Then go to "my documents", drag the icon of your song into iTunes or Windows media player. Then you can load it onto your iPod or mp3.
