You can easily do this using convert ppt to video. PowerDVD is a free tool and it is loaded with uses. The final video won't have watermark and you can also retain sound and animations of your ppt using this method. BTW, if you have PPT 2010 or later, just save your PPT. If you just want to convert a deck of PPT to video without sound or animations, then you can use this method.
