Cannot access my purchased videos when I have time to download or watch them

Tonight I had time to watch my videos. I purchased over $100.00 worth of instruction on Web Architecture with XML. I've been able to view the 1st two videos. Now I can no longer access any of the videos. Is there any kind of support for this type of issue?

It sounds like you're having problems streaming or downloading the videos. For help with this, please email our product support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
