Firstly you need to use built-in function of Restore a Database Backup through SQL Server Management Studio. It will help you in case of availability a database backup copy.
If database backup is absent or corrupted, you may take into use Recovery Toolbox for SQL Server

DBCC will check the the minor corruptions of the pages in a MDB database. If there are large corruptions, one may need to use third-party tools to recover and repair the corrupt Database.
