Tansee is meant to print iPhone text conversations. You can try a program called iPhone messages transfer to backup or transfer your iPhone SMS to a computer. It is much cheaper than similar programs like Tanee, copytrans etc. I thought this step by step guide to save iPhone text messages to computer might be of interest to you.
There are the information we have stored in iPhone such as our Contacts and SMS. Unfortunately, there are times when what we fear the most happens, like our mobile phone being stolen or worst, it gets broken then all the essential information we rely on for our daily routine is forever lost.
I recently found a splendid program – iPhone SMS Backup, which can can assist you in organizing and transferring your Contacts and text message from your iPhone to your computer. And it can also take a snapshot of your Contacts so your personal information will never be lost.
Easy guide: How to transfer iPhone contacts and Text message to computer?
• Step 1: Free Download iPhone SMS Backup software and get start.
To backup iPhone SMS and Contacts to computer, You download the trial version of the iPhone contacts + SMS backup to computer and click the installation wizard.
Step 2: Launch it and connect iPhone to computer
This iPhone contacts and SMS backup app can support all iPhone models. However, you should make sure that you can connect the iPhone to computer without problem. If you have hooked up the iPhone to computer successfully. The program will auto-scan the iPhone on your PC. If the iPhone is enabled, the iPhone SMS and Contacts will be shown in the list.
Step 3~4: Export iPhone SMS or contacts In the left sidebar. Select the “Messages” or “Contacts”. All of your iPhone SMS and contacts will be displayed on the right screen. If you just want to display a specific contact or SMS, you can search it with the key words. From this list, you can now select and checkmark the files you want to back up. Then click “Export” which will initialize the process of transfer.
Step 5~6: The “Export Mode” dialog box will pop up after you click “export”, you may select where you want to store your contacts. After you have chosen where you want to save your contacts, just click “ok” then this will initiate the export process. Note: If you are undering backup iPhone SMS, you can backup them to .txt or .mht file. Both of the two files can be open on your computer easily.
Step 7: Once the export process is done, you will get the “Export Finished” dialog box, please click “OK” to open the output folder. You may now view the copied contacts in the output folder on your computer.
Congratulations! You are now assured that your Contacts are safe and protected.

Except the two ways talking about print screenshot in 3 Solutions to Printing Text Messages from iPhone, here is still one way to print your iPhone SMS out.
There are many third-party SMS transfers that have the function to print messages from iPhone, but most of them don’t work well. Due to the peculiarity of timestamps on SMS messages, the common SMS transfer does get SMS messages out of order from time to time. Whereas, a data recovery software like Leawo iOS Data recovery is the best substitute to SMS transfer. The iPod/iPad/iPhone data recovery software lets you print both iPhone SMS and MMS messages on computer directly and chronologically. All messages will show in conversations just like what they are on iPhone. Leawo iOS Data recovery is also useful to backup or transfer iPhone text messages to PC.
Step 1 Connect your iOS device to your computer and run Leawo iOS Data Recovery.
Step 2 Click “Start” button on the program interface to scan your device.
Step 3 Preview and tick all the Messages (SMS, MMS and iMessages) and Message Attachments (photos) that you want to print out.
Step 4 Click “Recover” button to export all the messages and message attachments to your computer. The text messages are exported to the computer in complete CSV and HTML formats (including Name, Phone/Email, Date, Type and Content), which can be printed out. The Message Attachments such as attached photos are exported in their original image formats, which can also be printed out directly.
Step 5 Open the messages on your computer, and click Print option to print text messages from iPhone. You can open the CSV file with Microsoft Excel or Notepad and print out the file by checking the Menu bar > File > Print of the two programs. For the text messages in HTML webpage, you should open the webpage by a web browser on the computer (here take Google Chrome as an example), find the Setting button on the top right of the address bar, and choose Print. For the photo, you can open it with the Windows Picture Viewer and print it out by checking the Print option on the menu bar.

In order to transfer your SMS out of your iPhone, you need a iPhone SMS Transfer, with the help of it, you cantransfer iPhone SMS to computer as a txt file or a ANTS file before the event above happens. You can buy an application such as iPhone Message Recovery, but I can’t personally vouch for it (or any other similar app). The internet is cluttered with spam from companies hawking their software that does this though. On general principle, I won’t buy ANY product that is promoted by spammers. After all, if you make a quality product, you probably don’t need to rely on some dirty spammer to convince people to buy it.
Honestly, printing and saving text messages seems a little like refusing to throw out post-it notes to me. Until I'm elected president, I don't really expect to preserve all of my communications with the rest of the world.

In order to print out the text messages of iPhone, you can follow the tips below to give it a shot!
Step 1. Connect your iPhone to your computer
After launching the program on your computer, connect your iPhone to it, and then you'll get the main interface below. This window is for iPhone 5/4S users.
When you get this window, you need to download a plug-in before your scanning. Just click "Dowmload" button to do it.
Step 2. Scan your iPhone to get text messages
You need to enter the iPhone 4/3GS scanning mode before you take text messages on it. Follow the guide below please:
1. hold youe iPhone and click "Start";
2. hold the Power and Home buttons at the same time for exactly 10 seconds;
3. release the Power button, and take the Home button pressed.
After entering the system, release the Home button. At the same time, the program will scan your iPhone for data on it.
If you use iPhone 5/4S, you don't need to take the three steps above. You can directly click "Start Scan" to begin the iPhone scan.
Step 3. Extract iPhone messages to your computer
After the scanning, you'll get a content list showing as follow. Choose the "Messages" category. You can preview them before saving them on your computer. To save them, click "Recover" and choose a place on your computer.
Note: message you get here are not only those on your iPhone recently, but also contain those you deleted recently. If you want to separate them, you can use the slide button on the top- only display the deleted items.
Step 4. print your iPhone messages
Your messages are saved as an HTML file on your computer. Now you can connect your computer to a printer, or copy your message file to a computer that connects to a printer, to make a printout.
