Watching the number of responses to the same question about iPhone apps, I have to give my own tribe equal time. I'll start with a list of apps that I use daily:

Daily:
HiAIM
Camera (I *love* the camera in the Droid, especially the slider to toggle the still or video calendar.
WeatherBug
Newspapers
BBC News
Voice Dialer
Alarm Clock

Weekly:
Aldiko ebook reader
Google Sky map
Wikipedia
TideApp
Layar

K-9 mail is probably the one I use the most. I also find the My Maps editor handy (primarily as a way to load up maps that I've prepared on my desktop computer), although I probably don't use it daily. I also spend a lot of time in ConnectBot.

These are the apps I use on a daily basis:

BART Rider - for schedule updates
Gmail - for Email
Camera - for remembering things I see (just snap a photo)
Google Maps - for finding businesses and all the times I take the wrong turn
Facebook - to keep in touch
Layar - for fun. Doesn't always work especially well but is endlessly amusing.
Meebo IM - for instant messaging
Google Sky Map - because it's so cool

I also just downloaded Aldiko for reading ebooks. I'll see if I like it.
