Does anyone use Adobe CS4 speech transcription for creating video content review transcripts?

I am interested to know if anyone is employing Adobe CS4's speech transcription for creating transcripts from talking head video interviews. I would like to know what the accuracy rate is and if anyone uses this for client content review (instead of encoded videos with the timecode window burns).
Part two of this question is that if videos are being transcribed accurately how easy is it to include these transcripts with the videos as metadata. This opens up many possibilities for the search and indexing of videos and might save a lot of time with manual uploading of video metadata.
Part three: Is it possible to incorporate this into a Final Cut Pro workflow instead of using Premiere as the editor (my guess is that you would export a QuickTime file and import it into Adobe's encoder).

You have a really cool project!
I have just started paying around with video speech transcripts. So i am not at all pro at this. I did work on a project where i suggested this search in video functionality. Unfortunately the very knowledgeable "focus groups" and their very valuable feedback killed the idea all together.
Here is what i know about searchable video and creating speach transcripts...
I attended the "Making web video searchable session by Karl Soule. Here is the link to it:
You can pull speech transcripts from video through Adobe Premiere Pro and Soundbooth.
In Soundbooth there is a Metadata panel which has a button called "transcribe". Play with the settings there. i normally choose a High quality slower speed option. The accuracy rate for speech transcripts is not 100% perfect. But you can go in and change a few words that were transcribed wrong. In Adobe premiere this transcribe functionality is built in and i like it better than Soundbooth.
Here are a few more links:
I suggest you get this book- "After Effects for Flash, Flash for After Effects," Richard Harrington and Marcus Geduld. in that book there is a chapter on Speech Search in Adobe Premiere Pro and Soundbooth. the exerpt from that chapter is here:
Sorry i couldn't answer all your questions but hopefully this was a bit helpful.

A video transcription by software isn't an accurate process since a software might misunderstand any term and transcribe it, which will change the intended meaning with the change in term.
