Is there call end event handling for Palm webOS?

I want to open my application when a call ends. Is there any way to handle end call? Please help me.

Telephony events are not propagated in webOS currently (as of SDK 1.3.5). The user handles all phone features directly and the OS events related to those features are private to the built-in phone app for now.
