Do you always sketch your iPhone app idea before starting development?
In Head First iPhone Development, we spend some time at the start of most chapters sketching out the app we're going to develop. Clearly we're not alone in thinking that this is a critical early step, as quite a few iPhone sketchbooks (and even a stencil set!) have come out in recent months:

Yup, absolutely! I also use the Briefs Framework to build a live wireframe of the application, generally using scanned copies of my initial paper sketches of the interface. You can catch a lot of problems that way, before you've sunk huge amounts of time into the application.
